Shipping policy

Delivery Locations: We ship domestically within South Africa only.

 

Delivery Methods: We use a variety of local shipping carriers including The Courier Guy, FastWay, and Internet Express to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

 

Delivery Times:

 

 

  • Standard Shipping: 1-3 days to main centers

 

  • Outer Areas: 2-5 days

 

 

Shipping Costs:

 

 

  • Orders under R1500: R150 shipping fee

 

  • Orders over R1500: Free shipping

 

 

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 0-2 working days.

Special Delivery Instructions: For deliveries to very rural or township areas where the courier company may have difficulty finding the address or where it poses a safety risk to the driver, we will contact you to arrange a suitable collection point prior to sending out your order.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your products are lost during transit and this is confirmed by the courier, we will replace the product for you.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

 

 

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

 

  • For size issues, items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

 

  • For defective products, please contact our team and highlight the defect. We will process an exchange upon inspection.
