Items in our clearance batches may exhibit slight color
inconsistencies due to their production process. We make every effort to ensure
accurate descriptions and visuals, but variations can occur with these
specially priced items.

Please be aware that all items purchased on sale are final
and cannot be returned. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist
you with any questions about your purchase.

1. Find a tool to use (string, dental floss, headphone cord, measuring tape if you have it).
2. Find the length by wrapping it around your neck and marking it (for pendants, imagine the jewelry lower, for suspended, it should be in line).
3. Check the length against a ruler or lay it out flat and measure with a phone app.
